Senior Business Systems Analyst Consultant

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

o Business system analysis and design 

o Participate in software development projects 

o Vendor selection process, implementation and integration 

o Product implementation and integration through analysis, planning and logical design process 

o Determine areas in need of improvement and the ability to find innovative solutions. 

o Lead requirement gathering sessions 

o Work with configuration and integration developers to ensure work conforms to business requirements 

Must Haves: 

o 8+ years providing technology business solutions 

o BA/BS in computer science, MIS, Business Administration or related field 

o Demonstrated understanding of information technology platforms, applications and systems. 

o Demonstrated experience working in enterprise architect 

o Well-honed consulting experience with all levels of the business 

o Demonstrated change management and project management experience 

o Experience determining insurance product configuration will be considered an asset 

o Demonstrated experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Senior Application Developer 

Are your superior application development skills appreciated in your current setting? Are you capable of providing technical leadership and development expertise in a diverse setting? 

What you will do: 

·         Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) 

·         Responsible for documenting requirements for planning deployment, including specifications for required interfaces and data loads 

·         Participate in and contribute to the implementation of best industry practices for development 

Must Haves: 

·         Post-secondary degree/certificate from a computer science program of a recognized university or college or the equivalent in experience and education 

·         Demonstrated strong technical skills in developing and delivering complex components from technical specifications and design documents 

·         Strong understanding of the Oracle database platforms 

·         Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
